Jeanne Shields is a Broker Associate in New York, a licensed Real Estate Agent in New Jersey, and has been in Real Estate for over 20 years. Prior to joining Howard Hanna Rand Realty as Branch Manager, Jeanne worked as a Sales Associate for Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty.  At Sotheby's Realty, Jeanne worked with both buyers and sellers in the luxury markets of both New York and New Jersey.  In addition to this, Jeanne also spent many years of her career as a Branch Manager for Weichert Realtors in New York.  In her sales career, she is known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and a need for ensuring that all involved in the transaction have a positive experience. Her approach has always been centered around the consumer and because of this she has cultivated many "clients for life". Much of her business comes from referrals. As she says herself, "I like to treat my client's transactions as if they were my own, putting myself in their shoes." Supplying and delivering a first-class experience is of utmost importance to her and thus she often goes outside the boundaries of what a typical realtor offers with customized concierge services for her buyers and sellers.

As a Branch Manager, she devotes every day to mentoring, coaching, and advising her team members. She strives to grow their business by providing encouragement and support every step of the way.  Their success is paramount in her eyes. 

Aside from Real Estate, Jeanne is involved with a number of organizations.  She is a frequent volunteer with LiveonNY, Donate Life NYS, the American Heart Association, and the New York Blood Center.  She served on the Family Advisory Council at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital and has worked extensively with the Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation.   Jeanne is also a Trustee with the Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation and is on the Board of both Rockland Council for the Arts and Hearts for Russ.
